Buchhorned

(byou-horned) The act of being asked by a co-worker to help with a simple task that is completed quickly yet takes large amounts of time due to lengthy social networking, generally including witnessing inappropriate behavior and being in the middle of akward situations, resulting in zero productivity for said person for the rest of the day.
