Bradshaw Disease

A workplace “condition” that appears when someone is scheduled to work every third Saturday on a rotating schedule, and they suddenly become unavailable the following week—or just before their next shift—ensuring they never work more than about 10 days in a two-week period.

Symptoms include:

Perfectly timed sick days
Mysterious short-term illnesses
Advanced calendar awareness and selective availability
