a note that causes orgasm, most commonly seen on the 20th fret of the high e string on a guitar. acheived after a blistering solo and usually sustained for a couple seconds in order to acheive the pink note. other high frets are also considered to be pink note material.
guitarist1 "dude, i just played the second heartbeat solo for my girlfriend and she orgasmed!"
