Whistle Dixon 

A combination of "whistle" and "Dixon;" meaning to have a whistle dick, and to be a Dixon. A whistle Dixon is one who has had his crank shaft bored out by another dudes tongue, thereby making a whistle sound.

"Oh shit. Cover your crotches guys, here comes ole whistle Dixon."
