Out Of Control. OOC refers to those nights in which you behave in a manner that cannot be restrained, and you have no objection to it. You will do things in which you would not ever normally do. Usually alcohol induced and somewhat deep down a natural part of you.

Do you see those people laying on the sidewalk outside of the bar? They're definitely OOC.

Ashley, Matt, & Savannah are OOC like every Thursday night! I mean really who does THAT?
