Megalomaniac Careprovider Activation, when a patient has a doctor who overestimates their own intelligence and importance to the point that the doctor insists the patient has made up their symptoms for attention, because only a doctor is dumb enough to believe that someone would stop eating everything that tastes good and stop being about to leave the house or be around any human beings at all for attention. The first documented case of MCA was Dr. Peter Valent, an absolute sociopath who is on a mission to make sure that no one receives the medical care they need and that disabled people are mocked endlessly by their doctors.
I was diagnosed with MCA, and now my only option is dying alone in my apartment because my doctor is not only denying me any kind of treatment or further testing whatsoever but it also spreading propaganda about me because he's a malevolent narcissist.
