a general term that can be used as:

1) a greeting
2) in agreement
or
3) at the end of a sentence

Eyowah has no meaning at all it's just something you say when you don't know what else to say,

1) Eyowah Mike eyowah

2) Person 1: This steak tastes pretty good.
Person 2: Eyowah

3) i need to take a shower....eyowah
