Infusion made with yerba mate leaves.
You can find different kind of mate:
•BITTER: Traditional mate.
•SWEET: You add some sugar to the traditional mate and there you have Sweet mate
•COFFE: Instead of putting water in the cup with yerba, you put Coffee and sugar.
•MILK: Instead of putting water in the cup with yerba, you put Milk and sugar.
It has an Argentinian Origin, although Uruguayans, Chileans and Paraguayans want to appropriate it.
