a declaration used as a reaction to being disrespected. not exclusively a sexual reference

when pulled over by the cops, the officer says he pulled you over because a taillight was out. you question with "what taillight?" and he smashes one in with his nightstick and replies "that taillight"

"man that's hoe!"
