A noun that describes a pathological liar who persistantly feels the need to lie about their social status; a person who frequently must go to physiotherapy due to several lifelong injuries.

A: I need to go to physio because of my many lifelong injuries and then use my metropass to get to my house in pickering to pick up my Corolla and drive to ball practice while playing on my psp.
