Desmond

Being a desmond is when you think you play a big role in a dramatic situation, but realistically you are just a bystander. You know those clueless characters in TV shows that just play along with whatever happens? That's kind of what a desmond is.

Person 1:
"Jacob wasn't really apart of the drama.."

Person 2:
"Yeah, now that I think about it, he was kind of a desmond to the whole situation."
