a term used to describe a short, long haired, big muscles guy that has Scottish heritage. Must be less than 5'5", have hair to their shoulders, and regularly work out. McChumpkin's are by nature pretty big chumps.
andrew is such a McChumpkin. did ya see the way he devoured that haggis, and then immediately do 1000 push-ups? ar, bloody hell.
