The action of clutching one's fist while quickly retracting the arm towards the chest or shoulder to express a feeling of victory or relief.

A. "Oh man, I totally forgot to do my taxes and they're due tomorrow!"

B. "Didn't you hear? The president just declared a month-long extension for our county since we were in a flood zone! Taxes aren't due until May 11th!"
