Oblivian 

A person who is so wrapped up in their own world (i.e., phone call, thoughts, convo, whatever) that they totally miss the obvious (usually dangerous and stupid) things to which they should be, but are not, attending.

Did you see that dude on the phone? Totally just walked into a light pole!
