when someone is letting their ego expand and get the "better" of them so they become very annoying/irritating

or to insult someone but not too harshly to the point where they hold a ~massive~ grudge against you
(also can be used when someone likes annoying people)

Shut up you stickhead

Him, oh he's a stickhead
Obviously she is a stickhead
Do you really have to be a stickhead about it?
