Quirks are a super power that 70% of the world has(in the anime) which mean the other 30% are quirkless and a lot of people with quirks like to tease or bully the quirkless.

Bakugou: Just pray that you will be born with a quirk in your next life, and take a swan dive off the roof of the building Deku
