Basically mostly women understand this, its usually when women get up from a chair that they have been sitting on for a while. They're legs or pants feel wet or as in they wet they're pants, pretty weird.

Person 1: ughhh this test is taking forever, wanna go get up and take a break?
Person 2: Sounds like a great idea!
*person 2 stands up*
Person 1: ok lets go
*person 2 sits back down fast*
Person 1: whats wrong?
Person 2: i think i have a case of WetPantsChair
Person 1: you know it doesnt show up on your pants right?
