1. The belief that circumcision (removal of the foreskin from the penis) will increase penis size. This may come from the fact that the penis becomes more defined after circumcision and has the appearance of being larger especially the penis head.
2. An alternate spelling of the past tense of circumcision (circumcised).

I really like how my dick is circumsize. It totally hangs now.
