When that really cute girl/guy calls you "dude". It's considered instant rejection when they hit you with that right after you threw in a pickup line. This is the step right before the friend zone.

You: Hey sexy, how are you doing?

Them: I'm good dude
Friend: Oh daaamn. You just got dudezoned man!!
