Pearling is actually another term for subdermal implants in the genitals. Subdermals are usually made with silicone molds, but can also be made with other things. Subdermals are planted underneath the skin so that they create a raised design. People use pearling as a way to increase sexual pleasure by having rods and small beads implanted in either the labia or the foreskin on the penis.
