The semen unloaded on a person after they have given the male "blue balls". Usually occurs several days after the "blue ball" incident, which allows the semen to simmer and become more of a yellow colored substance.
Man, my girl blue balled me the other day because she was on the rag, but then I unloaded my blueberry cocktail all over her face the next week.
