His full name is Robert and he was given the nickname Robby, but he'd rather it be spelled with an ie. He tries really hard to be funny and liked by everyone, but in the end he will never succeed and deep down inside he knows this.

Chad: hey did you hear that joke James told earlier?

Carl: yeah, the room was dead silent after he spoke, we should start calling him Robby!

Chad: you know that's right, he really is the opposite of humorous.
