Often you see yourself in a dark room. Everything around you may seem grey or black. the world somehow disappears and you only see pain. In most settings, you stare off into space and see nothing, because your mind is numb. You often cry aggressively in your room or the bathroom. Sometimes when you cry it fees like someone is strangling you. It's the darkest place to be. Sometimes even unavoidable. Can be caused because of relationships gone bad.
boy: Damn, what was wrong with Diana today? She looks like she's already dead.
girl: she's like that everyday, she has depression.
Boy: Omg i didn't know. That's awful!

A nap that depressed people take when they can't deal with the emotional pain they feel. They try to shut out everything they feel by having the illusion that they are dead. When they are asleep, they don't have to feel, think, or cry about anything. It's a way to numb your pain without drugs. A depression nap is the closest thing to death. It usually calms people down or prevents them from suicide.
Boy: I'm gonna take a nap.
Girl: but you you just woke up like an hour ago
