people who keep their head easy goin; a guy or a girl more concerned with having a good time than makin sure its harder for others; laid back lifestyle; able to have a goodtime no matter the situation; on point about makin the goodtime when the need arises; just a generally life loving person; a goodtimer is always concerned with spreading the goodtime and never discriminates.

a goodtimer always has an answer to "which ways north from here?" being right or wrong is optional.
