A "TismTasm" is when an individual has a tantrum fueled by their "tisms" (short for autism). The "Tasm" is a modification of the word "spasm" by alliteration to better match with the word "tism".
Overall a TismTasm is a spastic tantrum fueled by mental retardation. The individual may be screaming incoherently, throwing and/or breaking things, and not being able to communicate properly with those trying to calm him down.
