Someone who looks incredibly washed up. Typically with greasy hair, still thinks cargo shorts are trendy, and most likely in the anime club. The absolute embodiment of a discord/reddit admin.

Friend 1: "Hey, did you hear about that kid the other day?"
Friend 2: "What about him?"
Friend 1: I heard he online dates on discord!"
Friend 2: "Woah, what a conk."
