A noncommittal stage where someone is more than friends but not fully talking/in a relationship. A make-out or flirting buddy without (or with) exclusivity.
1. They are my flirtkin, we are more than friends, but not officially talking/dating.
2. I met someone at the club. We now chat often and flirt, but we are not dating. They are my flirtkin.
