An action that occurs out of the ordinary, usually hinting that your gonna get screwed soon.

"Is Chris gonna get screwed today?" then hearing a loud car horn. "Wow thats a screwzation." Or when you blast teenage wasteland at 6 am and people walk outta their room with their eyes bloodshot.
