1. Someone who has a perpetual asshat.

2. Someone who suffers from extreme stupidity which often gets mistaken for retardation. Also known as a dipshit.
3. Someone who struggles with mundane tasks such as; using eating utensils, operating TV remotes and even masturbation.

4. Someone who constantly grumpy and whines about everything.

5. A pathetically dumb and disturbed individual who gets pitied for their ignorance and inappropriate behaviors.
