nonboog's definitions
someone who is really really ugly, sometimes used in the phrase "boogest boay" (often abreviated to BB or double B e.g. " I'm going to have to give you the double B Pishy") meaning the ugliest person in the area at that time. "Boog" can also be used to describe an act being performed badly
