Short for 'Just-looking' asians. The kind of asians that come to your retail store every single day (sometimes more than once) and are always 'just looking'.

Sales rep: Excuse me, but can I help you with anything?
JLA: uh... no, just uh-looking...
Sales Rep: (to other sales rep) freakin JLA wasting space!
