is basically an escape word for white people who like to use the word nigga. be cautious tho, they may think you are insulting them.

white boy: whats up reggin?
black guy: hey wats up.. wait wut da hell u call me?
white boy: reggin man.. its like.... uh.. callin you my homeboi.. its a new thing
black guy: oh.. ok, anyways....
white boy: thinking: (whew that was close)
