This is an expressed used, mainly by females of high calibre, when one is distraught by something in particular but does not want to address it directly for it is either a waste of time to discuss it in detail and/or can cause direct conflict with other(s) involved.

man: I think I will go and watch a game with the boys tonight.
woman: but tonight is supposed to be our movie night!
man: yeah but its an important game tonight!
woman: puuuui, that's what I say to that!
