1. Any time a break is taken from work, however the initial break becomes too stressful and strenuous and a second break must be taken from the original break.
Only applies to the second break; tertiary and quaternary breaks may be catergorized under other terminologies such as "lazy" or "narcoleptic."

2. Skipping a day's worth of classes, simply because one was not in the mood to attend said classes.
Can be used as any part of speech, such as a noun, verb, adjective, etc.
"I think I'm going to take a break from chemistry, then maybe I'll zisk.

Frank-"Dude, did you go to any classes today?"
Jorge-"Nope, I've been zisking since I woke up at 2pm."
Frank-"I'm disappointed."
