another word for kindness when you can't think of the word kindness.

NAT: ye, her levels of... whatsitcalled... niceity have definatly gone up.

LJ: her levels of what?!

NAT: niceity. you know, that word that exists. it replaces 'kindness.'

LJ: oh ye, i know it.
