1. An extremely unattractive female. Particularly a slutty one that shows a lot of tits and has a high gouch factor.

2. An uggo that is a definite negative. May or may not simultaneously be a chubbo.

A: "Damn! That chick's an uggo."

B: "No. She's a nuggo."
