A social gethering for rednecks. Usually consisting of a pig, beer & country folks. The pig is cooked on a "pig cooker" whole & sometimes made into bbq. (like as in chopped up pig with vinegar).

Hey yall, yall goin' to the pig pickin this weekend? We gonna have a keg & slaw & all that good shit!
