The absolute worst insult someone can tell and American. It is a devastating blown to everyone who is told it. It has been known to make some people spontaneously combust.

Nate: “Dude I swear this guy is a weinerwaddle.”
John: “I know man, total weinerwaddle.”
Nate: “Holy shit he just spontaneously combusted!”
John: “Fuck lets get out of here.”
