A person who is a triggered homosexual. There is also a song called Nico Nico Nii but nobody seems to give a shit about that. Best known for having their schlong in their boyfriend's asshole in an alleyway 24/7. They are circumcised cause the idea of getting HIV turns them into a pussy. They look like a toilet brush doused in poo pourri. Nobody wants to be a Nico.
