A fist bump/fist pound. Usually said in a mocking tone in order to highlight the rubish way that meat-head males continuously fist pound for no reason.

Gynaced 

Winning a poker hand on the very last card, regardless of the skill or probability of winning. Usually the connotation is used when the player should have folded.

"Man, I just got Gynaced after I went all in. I had him until the last card, too!"
