Noggle: A man's penis when it hangs down the pants leg it normally doesn't hang down (opposite the dress-side.) This can be uncomfortable and distracting, but interestingly can enhance the enjoyment of one's own erection.

Friend: Dude, are you farting?

Noggling 

Noggling (v): When a man's penis is in a state of Noggle, or is hanging down the pants-leg opposite of the one it would normally hang down. Typically uncomfortable and distracting but can feel good too as it may enhance a man's enjoyment of his erection.

Friend: You got ants in your pants?
Me: No, I'm Noggling and I've gotta shift it over!
