creepyvince is the act of getting "creepy" with either a woman or close personal friends..the act of getting creepy consists of but is not limited to: sitting on laps, rubbing of the face,dry humping,sarinating with awkwards songs,half hearted attempts of kissing or fondling,and references of having sex and "freak" dancing...if ever encountered by a creepyvince or "creepster" it is best to contact a curtis to help distract the said creepster and get away...saying your goin to restroom but never coming back is a good defense..getting equally creepy or surpassing his creepyness usually makes him stop aswell
