a person with an unfathomable love for japanese anime(usually hentai) that will dress up as his/her favorite anime character in any public setting any chance that he/she gets(not including the school setting).

Female 1: OMG!! my date with Sigala yesterday went sooo bad!!
Female 2: ...let me guess he wore a ninja outfit?
Female 1: No he wore a giant kimono with a straw hat
