To single-handedly wipe out a vast majority of the human race, with the total and complete intention of self-sacrifice at its end. To do an Eren implies that the user is completely fed up with the state of the world, and would rather have it, and themselves, turn into a pile of dust, than return to their soul-numbing vocation.
