2. the time of day when it is acceptable to start drinking.

Fourpintfever 

a compulsion to stay out and party after having imbibed four pints of beer/stout/lager or similar amount of alchohol. A person may pop out for one or two pints, but if they are careless and drink four pints, they get the fever, and have to stay out all night.

don't desert me now guys, I've got fourpintfever- let's go to town.
