"Nothing Fucking Wrong with Her" - a term used by E.R. doctors to describe a patient who comes in with nothing visibly wrong, often complaining of symptoms that have absolutely no connection to each other, such as a slight fever, teeth pain, and an itchy rectile area.

"Hey Michael, what's up?
"Not much Doug, just had to deal with a NFWH in room 5."
"Aww that sucks man, I feel for you. I had one today also, spent an hour in there but he wouldn't take no for an answer. Finally just sent him in for an X-Ray just to shut him up.
