Someone who bases all their jokes on how awful Trump is in a hyperbolic manner.

Dude 1: Hey yo, Trump bad, voteflake, he is orange hahaha
Dude 2: Dude, can you think of absolutely anything else to say? Maybe a joke with effort? Or any cleverness?
Dude 1: nah
Dude 2: You're just trumping, aren't you?
