alley cats

an umbrella term for inebriated public urination, usually taking place at 2am in a dark Milwaukee alley.

GERRY: "I gotta alley cats so bad."
MIKE: "Dammit, me too."
GERRY: "Let's try this sketchy looking alley over here."
