When you were about to do, say or think something and your wife puts an immediate stop to it.

Mike: "Honey, I'm gonna go fishing with the guys on sunday."
Wife: "We have church on sunday."
Bob: "Dude, you just got wifed."

When one of your friends is about to do, say, or think something and your wife tells you to stop him or that you and he are not going to be doing that.

Bob: "Hey Mike, let go to the bar on saturday and catch the games."
Mike's Wife (to Mike): "You better tell him you have plans and you are spending your time with the family."
Mike: "aaaaaaaaaaah"
Bob: "Dude, I just got wife-aranged."
