Quirkle 

A person with weird, zany or unusual social qualities who tends to make one uncomfortable when conversing with them. Can usually be identified by a physical attribute such as a lisp, a GAP sweater, a headband, or spit frothing around the mouth.

Her performance was quirkle; she kept flinching at the sound of her own voice.
Buddy with a Batman umbrella is a quirkle; do you see him talking to himself?
